Great administration skills? Love variety and flexibility? Experience of organising customer deliveries, exports and customs documents - then we have the role for you!

You will be responsible for administering dispatch of customer orders to our prestigious motorsport and automotive customers including all customs, export and transport processes.

You will also be flexible and be prepared to get stuck in and help with the physical packing and dispatch of orders and support our stock controllers to book in incoming parts and ensure parts are ready for manufacture using our KanBan systems.

 

 

What are we looking for…. 

The must haves..

  • Previous dispatch administration experience in a high cost small batch process environment;

  • Sage 200 or similar systems experience for administering orders/dispatch of goods;

  • Good IT skills;

  • Good numeracy skills;

  • Good organisational skills;

And ideally….

  • Previous stock control/ picking and packing experience of components but not essential but must be willing to learn;

  • Ability to maintain an open mind on improving efficiency and reducing waste
