bf1systems are the longest continually trading motorsport wiring harness supplier in the world, having delivered wiring harnesses to the motorsport and automotive industries since we were established in 1994.

During that time we have supplied wiring harnesses into F1, IndyCar, Formula E, Moto GP, GT1, GT2, GT3, GT4, LMP1, LMP2, LMH, LMDh and NASCAR, to name a few!

Our focus now is the supply of medium to high volume motorsport wiring harnesses, and niche automotive projects. Unlike other wiring harness manufacturers, we do not undertake seasonal work at the expense of other customers, and instead focus on providing year round, guaranteed capacity for customer projects.

In this field it is given that wiring harnesses are 100% tested with Cirris, so it will be no surprise to hear that this is undertaken by our dedicated QC department and our wiring harness facility. Our wiring harnesses are also subject to a range of other QC checks before despatch, and whilst we have our owns standards, we will always discuss with customer what their requirements are, and ensure these are understood rather than blindly applying our standards which may be excessive for a particular project, and simply add unnecessary cost. Along with the rest of the group is ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 accredited.

In 2023 we moved into our custom built wiring harness production facility which now houses over 50 full time production staff, along with all required supporting services and staff. Currently this facility operates a single shift, but has the capability to move to multiple shifts if required.

With customer projects we prefer to work to a forecast supplied by the customer, with agreed buffer stocks, but every project is ultimately different so we are happy to discuss your exact requirements and go from there.
