If you are looking to measure linear position, then our KP Series of sensors will provide you with a solution designed to withstand the harshest of environments. By using a proven conductive plastic, track technology and multi-fingered contacts, the KP series offers high performance and reliability under extreme temperature and vibration.
With standard measurement ranges from 12.5mm to 450mm, the Stainless Steel Shaft is fitted with IP67 rated seals which helps protect against the harshest conditions. With regards to operational temperature range, the KP series offers high performance and reliability at temperatures up to +150°C. Alternatively, it is capable of operational excellence in cold environments down to –40°C.
The cable exit can be manufactured to have to be either Forward or Reverse exit. Also, a Carbon Sleeve option is also available to protect the shaft against debris and other damage.

With a small and lightweight 22.5mm diameter body, the KH21/22 Sensor is ideal for many applications with typical applications including; throttle, gearbox and pedal position.
The KH31/32 Series of Female 1 or 2 Channel Rotary Position Sensors are designed to withstand the harsh environments of motorsport and automotive testing applications.
By using a proven ‘Hall Effect’ technology, the KH31/32 offers high performance and reliability at temperatures up to +150°C. Alternatively, it is capable of operational excellence in cold environments down to –40°C.
With a small and lightweight 22.5mm diameter body and standard size 32mm PCD Flange Mounting, the KH31/32 Sensor is designed for use on throttle bodies with an 8mm D Type Shaft; other installations include: gearbox and pedal position.
This IP67 rated sensor is available with either Single (3 wire) or Dual (6 wire) outputs.
The KH41/42 Series of Non-Contact 1 or 2 Channel Rotary Position Sensors are designed to withstand the harsh environments of motorsport and automotive testing applications. By using a proven ‘Hall Effect’ technology, the KH41/42 offers high performance, reliability and operational excellence in extreme temperature environments between –40°C to +150°C.
The sensor has no moving parts; a magnet is inserted into the moving component with its Polarity Identifier in line with the cable exit. The sensor detects rotational movement and provides a linear output signal proportional to the rotational angle. This output can be measured on both Top and Bottom sides of the sensor body.
With a small and lightweight 23mm diameter body and standard size Flange Mountings, the KH41/42 Sensor is designed for use on throttle bodies, other installations include: gearbox and pedal position. This IP67 rated sensor is available with either Single (3 wire) or Dual (6 wire) outputs.
